The 84th Annual Session of the Indian Roads Congress (IRC) is a national-level event that brings together engineers, policymakers, academicians, and industry experts to discuss innovations in road construction, transportation, and infrastructure development. It will be held in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, from 7th to 10th November 2025.

2) Who can attend the event?

Government engineers, academicians, researchers, representatives of public and private organizations, students, and international delegates can participate. The event is open to all registered IRC members and invitees.

3) How can I register for the 84th IRC Annual Session?

Visit the Registration page on the website. You can register either online or offline. After filling out the registration form, pay the required fee according to your category. Don’t forget to upload or bring your ID proof to the venue for confirmation.

4) What are the registration fees and categories?

Fees vary based on delegate type — Government Officials, Private Sector Representatives, Faculty Members, Students, or Foreign Delegates. The detailed fee structure is displayed on the Registration page for both “Self” and “Spouse.”

5) How can I book accommodation for the event?

Accommodation details are available under the Accommodation section. Delegates can book online or offline as per their designation. Rooms will be available from 12 noon on 6th November to 10th November 2025. Early booking is recommended.

6) What facilities are included in the registration and accommodation packages?

Registration includes a conference kit, lunch, and refreshments during the session. Accommodation includes comfortable facilities with options for single or double occupancy, depending on the delegate’s category.

7) What are the “Post Session Tours,” and how can I join them?

After the main session, delegates and accompanying persons can enjoy Post Session Tours to popular Odisha attractions such as Puri, Konark, Bhubaneswar, and Chilika Lake. Each tour lasts one day and includes AC transport, food, and guide services. Details and booking options are available under the Post Session Tours section.

8) How can exhibitors participate in the event?

Companies or organizations can book stalls through the Exhibition page. You can view the Venue Layout, Stall Layout, and Open-to-Sky Layout, and download the Exhibition Form to reserve your space.

9) How can I download important forms or documents?

All downloadable forms — such as the Registration Form, Accommodation Form, and Exhibition Form — are available at the bottom of each webpage under the Downloads section.

10) What should I do if my payment fails or gets interrupted while booking accommodation?

If your payment through Razorpay fails, don’t worry. Here’s what to do:

1. Wait for a few minutes: Payments sometimes take 5–10 minutes to update. Please check your email or SMS for any confirmation message from Razorpay.
2. Do not pay again immediately: First, check your bank or card statement to see if the amount was deducted.
3. If the amount was deducted but booking was not confirmed: Send the following details to accommodation@84ircodisha.in:
   • Name of the delegate
   • Membership number
   • Registered mobile number and email
   • Transaction ID (if available)
   • Screenshot or proof of payment deduction
   Our team will verify the payment with Razorpay and confirm your booking manually within two working days.
4. If payment was not deducted: You can safely try booking again after refreshing the page or using a stable internet connection.

Each department has dedicated contact numbers to ensure a quick response and proper support. During the event days, a Help Desk will be available at the venue for on-the-spot assistance, and a Medical Support Desk will also be present to handle any health-related emergencies immediately.
